IGF-1 LR3 Description
This is the most common and very popular version of IGF-1 in the market and in use by bodybuilders and athletes at the moment. It contains a bio-identical IGF-1 consisting of an initial chain of 70 amino acids, but with an additional 13 amino acids at its N-terminus, totaling 83 amino acids. It also has a second modification, when arginine is on the third place, and not on the initial glutamic acid. The result of these modifications is that IGF-1 still exhibits its initial activity against the IGF-1 receptor in the body tissues and has very low affinity for the binding of the IGF-binding proteins mentioned previously. It also demonstrates a significantly increased half-life period of approximately 20-30 hours, in contrast to the 12-20 minute half-life of IGF-1. All these factors together demonstrated that LR3 would be about three times as effective as IGF-1.
Dosage & Use
The doses for IGF-1 LR3 are as follows: for men, no more than 40-50 μg per day should be used, and for women not more than 20 μg per day. Because of its long active half-life in the body, the LR3 variant should be administered only once and not more than twice a day. On the days of training / training, the IGF-1 dosage should be administered either immediately before training, or immediately after training. It depends on the preferences of the user, since before or after it is completely normal (as soon as before training or only after training).
